André Teodósio is a playwright, opera director, curator, essayist, editor, and professor. His work has been presented at leading theatres, museums, foundations, and cultural institutions across Portugal and internationally.

An acclaimed contemporary artist, Vasco Araújo has exhibited extensively in leading museums, biennials, and cultural institutions across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. His work is held in major public collections, including the Centre Pompidou and Museo Reina Sofía.

One of Portugal's most distinctive contemporary artists, Francisco Vidal works across painting, drawing, printmaking, and installation, bringing together diverse cultural traditions, materials, and visual languages. Educated in Portugal and at Columbia University in New York.

Isabel Rato is a pianist, composer, arranger and producer whose work has earned her a distinctive place on the Portuguese jazz scene. Her music draws on a rich variety of influences, moving naturally between jazz and Portuguese musical traditions.

Brand strategist, author, professor, and founder of Ivity Brand Corp. Over more than three decades, he has advised some of Portugal's most influential organisations and contributed extensively to research, teaching, and public debate on branding and identity. Recipient of the 2023 Marketeer Career Award.

Art historian and museologist, with a degree in Art History and a Master's in Contemporary History. Throughout her career, she has overseen several Portuguese representations at major international biennials of visual arts and architecture, including the Venice Biennale and the São Paulo Biennial. She has developed numerous curatorial and historiographical projects and has published extensively in the fields of art and contemporary culture since 1994.

Pedro Salgueiro Texugo de Sousa
A seasoned private banker with extensive experience in capital markets and banking. He built his early career in finance before making a bold switch, leaving banking to pursue a Cordon Bleu degree and train as a chef. He now works as a chef between Madrid and Lisbon, blending the precision of finance with the creativity of gastronomy.

Behavioral Consultant, author, and Leadership Development Coach with over two decades of experience exploring how self-awareness can transform the way we lead, relate, and grow. Founder of Power of You and Learning Experience Manager for Custom Programs & Executive Education at NOVA IMS, she works at the evolving intersection of human behavior and AI. Drawing on neuroscience, organizational behavior, and systemic coaching, she creates experiences that challenge assumptions, expand perspective, and unlock new possibilities for people and organizations.

Vasco Marçal Grilo
Former corporate executive with an international career across multiple geographies. He currently lives between Italy and Portugal, focused on his academic, consulting, and artistic pursuits.
